PAN numbers must be linked with Aadhaar cards

Dear Benefits Family,

                                      All distributors of Benefits Wellness are hereby notified to check the PAN number in their profile. If your PAN number is incorrect, please correct it immediately. Additionally, if your PAN number is not linked to your Aadhaar card, it is strongly advised to link it as soon as possible. This is in accordance with the new guidelines issued by the Government of India, which mandate that all PAN numbers must be linked with Aadhaar cards. Failure to do so will result in a TDS deduction of 20%.

Therefore, kindly verify your PAN number in your profile. If it is incorrect, please correct it, and if it is not linked to your Aadhaar card, please link it at the earliest. The company will not be responsible for any 20% TDS deduction due to non-compliance.

 All the valued distributors are hereby gladly informed that for the 1st time  in Benefits Wellness Pvt Ltd 's history the DP of the product is going to be ?1250 instead of  ?1125 from the second closing of next June, i e 8th June 2023, as the price of raw materials has increased a lot after  Corona situation. You know it very well that we never compromise with the quality of the product.

Along with this, another good news is that the value of one CC is going to be 61 Rupees instead of 57 Rupees as the company wants the increase of payments of the of all its valued distributors of our Benefits family.

Product return policy for all franchise holders.

Dear Benefits Family,

                                         We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you about an important update to our product return policy for all franchise holders.

Effective immediately, once the company has provided products to a franchise, the company will not accept any returns of these products in the case of franchise termination or refund requests. Franchise holders are responsible for selling all received products on their own.

If a franchise is unable to sell some of the products and has leftover inventory, the company will not accept these products as returns. Instead, the cost of any unsold products will be deducted from the franchise's refund amount.

Additionally, please be informed that the refund of the franchise deposit or any outstanding balance will be processed 90 days after the official surrender date of the franchise.
