Product return policy for all franchise holders.
Dear Benefits Family,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you about an important update to our product return policy for all franchise holders.
Effective immediately, once the company has provided products to a franchise, the company will not accept any returns of these products in the case of franchise termination or refund requests. Franchise holders are responsible for selling all received products on their own.
If a franchise is unable to sell some of the products and has leftover inventory, the company will not accept these products as returns. Instead, the cost of any unsold products will be deducted from the franchise's refund amount.
Additionally, please be informed that the refund of the franchise deposit or any outstanding balance will be processed 90 days after the official surrender date of the franchise.
